Who we are
Daniel:
A true creative at heart and a helper by nature.
Danny graduated with his Master’s from UNC Charlotte, School of Architecture in 2018. He has been an Architectural Designer for over 7 years and most recently designs and works on the production team with Creech & Associates. He has an designed and managed the construction process of several million dollar projects throughout his career. (And photographed many of them!)
Danny is also the talented photographer behind many (most) of our photoshoots, cataloguing over 110K photos in his career. He is the type to pull his sleeves up and jump into a project to achieve exactly what the clients want.
His first love is cars… more specifically his 45th anniversary ‘09 Mustang. Growing up in North Carolina, he has been an advocate for the motorsports community for many years.
Micah:
Micah began her real estate career in 2010 as an on-site property manager and then traversed into a marketing operations role in early 2020 just before Covid sent us into a strictly digital leasing environment.
Since then, she has directly managed the marketing efforts for over 180 multifamily and BTR properties and has overseen the marketing strategies efforts for over 50 more various types of rental communities.
With hands-on product knowledge and an operations background paired with technical training, Plume + Pixels was born.
Micah is also deeply passionate about leasing training and assisting teams with the foundation of leasing, building rapport, and resident retention.
As a North Carolina transplant, she enjoys exploring NC from the mountains to the beach. She also spends much time with her dog + Danny as possible, crocheting/sewing when time allows and occasionally paddle boarding on Catawba River.
